Head of People and Culture
Sheri Smith is responsible for overseeing and growing SATAVIA’s HR functions, in addition to developing strategic and operational objectives to create an amazing workplace for the team to thrive within. Sheri is also responsible for providing support to the CEO and overseeing office management.
Previously, Sheri held a middle management role with responsibility for running a large administrative department providing support to Senior Managers, Directors, Heads of Department and over 750 staff members across multiple sites.
Sheri also has previous experience of people management, HR, finance, and providing operational support for senior management.
